We collect information necessary to provide our real estate analysis services, including email addresses, property data points, and financial variables you input into our engine.
2. Neural Processing
Property data is processed via the Claude AI API to generate strategic insights. This data is not used for training external models. It is only used to provide the specific analysis you requested.
3. Strategic Data Sovereignty
You own your analysis data. You may delete property reports or your entire account at any time, which will purge the associated data from our active buffers.
