Operational Rules for the REIQ Platform
1. Analytical License
REIQ provides a license to use our computational engine for real estate analysis. Results are simulations and do not constitute financial or legal advice.
2. Subscription Protocols
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may terminate your agreement via the billing portal at any time. Terminated subscriptions remain active until the end of the current cycle.
3. Responsibility Matrix
The user assumes all risk for investment decisions based on REIQ outputs. Verify all institutional math before committing capital.
